Shipping Policy

Beauty Concerns USA currently offers USPS standard shipping for all orders in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The following shipping & handling charges apply to 2nd day and overnight shipping:

UPS 2-Day: $20+
UPS Next Day (overnight): $35+

Currently Beauty Concerns only ships to the continental USA. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time for delivery and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders processed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, those that are sent via standard (ground) shipping takes approximately 1-6 business days based on the destination.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed with UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. Beauty Concerns USA cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes or outside the United States.
